Ever feel like you’re stuck in a role where you’re not really making an impact with limited room for growth?

Coming in as a Metrologist, you’ll have the chance to help rebuild a critical function while progressing into a leadership role and building your own team.

You’ll be the go-to person for the inspection department, overseeing the Metrology schedule and ensuring every component is measured accurately according to customer and company standards.

There’ll be plenty of opportunities for mentoring as you help the team develop and grow. You’ll also collaborate with senior members of the business to find ways to improve processes and meet customer demands more efficiently.

Ideally, experience with CMM programming would be beneficial, but the company is open to training you to expand your skillset if that’s something you’re missing

It’s a really big opportunity to shape the Metrology function in a business that truly values its team, you’ll play an integral role in their growth journey and be responsible for setting the pace for your own progression.

Salary wise, based on experience you’d be looking at around £35-42k with some room for flex for the right candidate, and you’ll be based at their site in Rochdale.
