How good would it be to design a product that could potentially save someone’s life?

You’ll have full input in the designing of the product from cradle to grave, too!

So, I’ll cut to the chase, you’ll be producing designs for fire engines that’ll be distributed all over the world…

As Mechanical Design Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the bill of materials and interacting with your customers to make sure they’re satisfied. You’ll constantly improve components and supporting other departments within the business to see the projects through from concept to reality, working alongside 4 other mechanical engineers.

Obviously, you’ll be highly experienced and have the ability to complete projects through to completion, using Creo and/or Solidworks.

You can expect the salary to be in the region of £35k to £45k, dependant on experience.
