As long as the travel fits well with your personal life, you'll get to use all of your skills by being involved in the full project lifecycle from a controls point of view.  Not just writing programs from scratch but installing, testing and fault finding it all whilst interacting with your customer directly.

They work across a range of different industries meaning no two projects will be the same so ideally, they’d be looking for you to have a varied background.  

The company's based around Blackburn.  If you're close already then that clearly can't hurt but one of the good things COVID has brought to the world is the realisation that good people can work equally effectively from home.
