Sales Engineer - £50k OTE (uncapped commission) & Fully Remote (covering South East of England)

The best part (apart from the uncapped commission) is that you get to control your own days, which might look something like conducting site surveys, providing technical advice, developing innovative sales strategies, calculating competitive pricing, supporting sales through exhibitions and negotiations, and build meaningful relationships with customers.
Obviously there’s plenty in there to get on with, but the beauty of it being so flexible is that if you fancy doing all of your client visits on one day and spending the rest at home then you can. That’s probably quite rare to find these days.
The role demands someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for technical solutions. While a technical background is preferred, the company is more interested in your sales potential and ability to learn quickly. If you've got experience selling capital equipment and a full UK driving licence, you're already halfway there.
Your technical knowledge (ideally within air compression or air solutions) will help you manage the distributor network, delivering compelling proposals, and ensuring top-notch after-sales service and the “sales” side of you will obviously come into it when you’re analysing sales performance and providing reporting to help drive your own performance to meet and exceed expectations.
The company is committed to employee development, offering annual allocation of comprehensive training to every employee, and they’re big on progression too. You’d be fully remote (except the client/customer visits) and base salary is £38k with OTE typically being over £50k, but you control that given it’s uncapped commission, company car and a lunch allowance over £95pm for the days you’re on the go.
